3.8.3 - Wheelup/Wheeldown no longer perform SkipForward/SkipBack

Thanks Sub for the new update, just a quick issue...

I don't remember if I edited the KeyMappings.xml to make this work in the past but after the update to 3.8.3 it's not working.

I've tried the folowing but it doesn't work:

<Key code="WheelUp" command="SkipForward"/>
<Key code="WheelDown" command="SkipBack"/>

If anyone has the proper code/solution it would be greatly appreciated.

Has that really worked in the past? I'm not aware of remotes causing key press events in relation to wheel events.

I'm using the PC client with a mouse. It worked in 3.6.6. I can use the mouse wheel to scroll though recording lists and video lists but I can't use the wheel to skip around when in playback.

I can't see any definition of WheelUp/WheelDown in NextPVR, or .NETs 'Keys' enumeration. Was there any other details you can provide? Was there a thread that discussed it in the past?

Just tried it on my client. The wheel works fine for scrolling through the list of recordings, guide channels, etc. I'm using the Logitech mouse program that came with my mouse (Marathon 705). Moving the wheel to the right or left makes the playback jump forward, but I can't make it jump backwards at all with the wheel.

Since it worked before, I'm thinking that I had it configured in KeyMappings.xml and it got overwritten when i upgraded to 3.8.3. Any idea what the value would be? I tried using ShowKey.exe which came with GBPVR but it wouldn't pick up the Mouse wheel action.

Maybe "Up" and "Down" were the keys you'd used. The most wheel just fakes these keys to navigate up/down lists in the UI.
