Upcoming Recordings Sections are Empty

I'm running LibreElec with Kodi 17.4 against NextPVR 4.0.4 with the X-NEWA plugin from 000webhost's NextPVR Add-on Repository.

X-NEWA's Upcoming Recordings fail to populate in both the Dashboard and the Upcoming Recordings section. I installed X-NEWA for EDL comskip support, which is working, as are all other functions.

This isn't a crucial function as I switch between the Kodi PVR plug-in and X-NEWA but I would like to figure this out.

Yes this is a bug I fixed in August after a change in the NEWA JSON API behaviour for 4.04 but I figured most people use the web client mode. so I never released it. I will try and package something up with notes when I have a chance.

Thank you for your work.

I've assigned X-NEWA to a remote button (RunAddon(script.xbmc.x-newa)). This makes function as close as possible to an extension of the default Kodi skin.

I posted an update to the beta version with this fix. Once a few people try it I will upload it for release on the Repository

Installed 2.5.3 Beta. Upcoming recordings now works. Thanks! Recurring recordings however does not work, I get "Unable to contact NextPVR Server" error message.

They are working here. Hit the refresh button and see if that helps. If not put your npvr.db3 on the cloud somewhere for me and follow up in the beta version thread

I have the same issue, that being that Up Coming Recordings is empty on both the dashboard and if you click "Up Coming Recordings". I had just installed the latest version of NextPVR today 4.04 I think and the problem with Xnewa started then.
I can't seem to locate the repository that is referred to in order to download the beta version that is mentioned here. I assume when I download NextPVR, x-newa came along with it. Please point me in the right direction.

Yes a 4.04 change broke things but the is is not beta it is released now. Did you check the normal repo in the sticky?

The free web site does go to sleep now to promote upgrades to the paid version so it is a bit frustrating.

Edit I see the host is also having problems https://www.000webhost.com/forum/t/ftp-f...here/96872 Hopefully it is a temporary glitch.

Ok, I installed the repo from the sticky and then updated xnewa and all is well now.

I've been using xnewa for a long time so I missed it, even though just for a few hours.
I normally don't immediately switch to new versions of Kodi (as I have had plenty of problems when I do), but usually try to update NextPVR pretty quickly after a new release is out. Your stuff has always been very reliable and I really appreciate it. Keep up the good work.
