Easy way to move NPVR to a new PC?

I've had NPVR running pretty much flawlessly for 5 years. Unfortunately, the machine it is installed on is on it's last leg. I want to move NPVR to another machine. I hope to be able to copy a few files/folders and avoid starting from scratch. Is this possible? If so, what do I need to transfer?

Generally you can install NextPVR on the new machine, then copy over the config.xml and npvr.db3. If you want to keep your existing recordings, you'll need to copy those over to the same location on the new machine, before starting NextPVR with that new npvr.db3.
