In Recording menu, sometimes I see same show being recorded twice.
I can only remember set to record only once. There's no reason to set to record same show twice at same time.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't happen always. I goto Recording menu and most of time I see only one recording for the show.
But sometimes by accident, I see same show being recorded twice.
Also after finished recording, I see same show recorded twice from same time period.

This is strange mystery,
Anybody experienced double recordings?

The only times we've seen this is when the user has accidentally scheduled the show to record twice.

Happy to check if you post the logs.

I agree, I must have schedule recording the same show twice.
But how can I do that?
If I scheduled it first time then I would see RED over show title, so it would be impossible for me to schedule recording again.
Maybe there's ways to record same show again at same time?

Example: I set to record (2) shows about 3 hrs before they began. I made sure I only set to record once, RED shade over show title.
When time came to record, (1) show is double recording, then 1hr later other show I scheduled start only one recording. Strange?
How could I accidentally set to record same show same time twice?

Logs? I see many logs in LOGS folder. which file you need to see?
I see NPVR.log, NRecord.log, and web.log.

I see NPVR.log, NRecord.log, and web.log.
Whenever I ask for the logs, I typically just want the user to zip the entire logs directory and post it.

In case like this you'd have to tell me exactly when the problem recording was though, so I know where to look.

Attached is logs.rar zip file
Double recording, US-ESPN, Outside The Lines
Eastern Standard Time USA, started 1pm, stop 130pm, 3/28/18
But here is 12hrs ahead of USA, and tv guide show local time here,
so you might check for start time 1am, 3/29/18

You didn't include the active logs, probably because they are locked. Use the zip option on the Setting About window to get everyhting.

I guess I can't send (3) files as attachments, too big? I have to add in zip.
so right click on what?
Right click on logs folder in WinRAR? then I don't see Settings About.

All I was done before is select a folder then ADD at top, one of icons.
So where I right click?
