Unfortunately I couldn't see an obvious cause in that dump. It was copy memory at the time, but I couldn't see what component was doing it.
Do you have a NBC recording that causes a crash?

I've reproduced the issue with a smaller file. Windows error is below. New log files are attached.

I was able to reproduce the issue here. You had a reception glitch at 2:24 in the recording, with a little bit of garbage in the stream, and unfortunately it was in a spot that NextPVR wasn't handling very well. Give this patch a go - it should cope better.
