Slow video / audio ok

OK, I have a weird one here for everyone to think about and hopefully assist me with. I have come across some channels while using the NextPVR add on. It will be with both ATSC and IPTV channels. I have found that if I pause the feed for some time then play it the audio/video will be in sync.
Any thoughts? Thank you for you time. Bruce

Logs including Kodi debug logs will be required. You don't even explain your environment.
Sad how often I have to ask you for logs. Martin

For this instance I did not pause live video so the A/V would then be in sync. I just let live video play out and then stopped it and then grabbed the logs.
I will recreate the issue and then upload both sets of logs under a new post. Thank you,

First that is not the requested Kodi debug log, check the Kodi wiki on how to enable it.
