As per the title of this thread, my system has been very unstable with an unusual amount of freezing and crashing. Recordings and playback has been freezing. Often the Tuner not available message appears. I managed to save my log file immediately after a couple of recent instances of what's been happening, so I'm hoping it points to something that can be resolved. My setup is NPVR server on a dedicated windows 10 machine, (Intel i3 proceessor, 6 GB ram). Network is 1000 Mbps, hardwired ethernet connection from router to NPVR server, with same hardwired 1000 mbps hardwired connection from router to Shield TV running Kodi client. Internet speed is Gigabit fiber service. The router promises a dedicated per connection rate of 50 Mbps. I'm really hoping that the log file points to something that can be adjusted & fixed.

I have attached 2 zipped log files. The 3 Nrecord log files exceeded the max upload file size.

Let us know time did the problem happen, so we know where to look in the logs.

I've attached the log files. I saved the log file immediately after the system crashed last, then rebooted it. This latest log entries are immediately prior to the reboot.,

You'll need to supply all the logs (nrecord.log is the most likely log to contain useful stuff). If they're too big to attach, put the zip file somewhere like onedrive or dropbox, and let us know the download link.

When you say "system crashed" - what happened? Did you see something on the screen, did nextpvr.exe show an error message, or something else?

Kodi hanging in timeshift mode is not that hard to reproduce. In this case it looks like there was problem playing the end of an in-progress recording, but as sub said we need the rest of the logs and the kodi debug log to accurately investigate this kind of Kodi behavior.

I can't say exactly what happened when it crashed and froze the last time. It was about half way through recording a program and I was watching it maybe 2-3 minutes behind the real time schedule. After rebooting it froze again a couple of times. I'll try to replicate it and report back.
