Not Recording

So I tried to record something to test. I tried to play it, and it didn't start. So I realized nothing is actually recording.

You probably need view the HDHR web page in a browser, to see what it is reporting with signal lock etc when attempting to record.

It's probably something like your cable card deactivating itself.

It works in HDHomerun prime or playing the channel live.

Still worth checking the HDHR web page in a browser while trying live tv or recording. It could tell us something useful. For example, channel lineup may have changed, and no longer tuning etc.

I tried again and also in the Web. I can play the channel live through the browser or directly.

I don't mean the NextPVR web app - I meant the HDHomeRun web app on the device, which shows you the signal lock / strength etc, tuner status, where it's sending the data, and network bitrate. Take a look at it while NextPVR is trying to record.

It shows:

not in use

Which lines up, but the recording are either not saved or displaying properly when the recording finishes as it disappears like it was never recorded.

I reinstalled the FFDshow and it looks normal now, but still a little odd with the previously recorded disappeared. Thank you.
