Adding missing channel logos

I have a few missing channel logos, mainly +1 and the like.
I have added them to the C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\media\channels folder and given them the same name as the channel but they are not showing up in the web guide or app event after a guide refresh.
Logos I have replaced, such as replacing the existing image for BBC One HD with a different one named the same do show up.
Do I need to do something else to assign them?

Make sure they're named exactly the same as the channel, then restart the recording service.
