Ok, I have finally decided to take the plunge and try out Ver 5.  Looks good so far.  Everyone has said that ver 5 would be better at creating a channel for my IP camera.  I have got the RTSP url for my camera and I need to know where to import that into NextPVR 5.  I am at the devices page and think I am to use the import channels option.  I try to use the URL option and hit save it just hangs at starting import.
Am I doing something wrong or can I just not do this?
Thank you,
Bruce

Bruce with the IP you sent me it works but it was a tricky device because the web browser requires audio so I had to fake audio

Code:
<extras>
    <channel name="Driveway Camera">
        <command>c:/program files/nextpvr/other/ffmpeg.exe</command>
        <args>-re -v panic -f lavfi -i anullsrc=r=48000  -rtsp_transport tcp -i "rtsp://..." -vcodec copy -acodec aac -f mpegts -</args>
    </channel>
</extras>

I was able to watch the bird flying on to the telephone wire, pretty cool

How do I set this up for my cameras? I have 6 of them. Do I go to devices and then what?

You would just need to create 6 Extra devices extra-camera-1.xml extra-camera-2.xml etc. Note that NextPVR is for personal use only, so this could not be used for commercial or business use.
