EPG not updating (DVB ATSC EPG)

I have been using DVB ATSC EPG to daily refresh a week of EPG and has been working fine. Now it stops at Saturday (Rather than next Wednesday 1 week ahead).
I did manual update from settings with no effect. Then emptied EPG and then updated. Now I have completely empty program giude, even for today.
When I update it flashes "checking DVB ATSC listings" then "Updating EPG for 2 seconds each. Clearly not going to tuner to interrogate the listings.
The tuners show up on devices ok. (Live tv works ok)
NPVR 4.2.4 (190307) win 10
Does anybody know how to fix this?

I forgot to say I was in Christchurch NZ.
I have overcome the problem by installing EPG Collector which has completely populated my EPG now.
Interestingly the DVB ATSC never worked perfectly with a few individual "No show details" and sometimes a whole day missing. I have put this down to the data transmission.
Not sure where listings are in logs. Now academic and i don't want to waste your time. Unless we are both curious enough?

Zip and attach all of the logs and tell us the time of an EPG Update getting data from DVB/ATSC.

NextPVR scans for 60 seconds to retreive EPG data from each broadcast stream (aka mux).  It might be that EPG Collector scans for longer than 60 seconds.  You can change the duration of the scan in NextPVR by changing the value of EPGScanSeconds in config.xml.
