I am trying to set up NextPVR on Windows using a Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD tuner.  When I try to Watch Now from the TV Guide in the Chrome browser, I get a message that it "Failed to start requested stream."  When I try to watch Live TV in the app, I get the following message "Unable to find available capture device."  The device was added in the browser and channels scanned for.  I can watch live TV using the WinTV software that came with the turner.  Why is NextPVR unable to access the tuner?

Do recordings on KWGN work? If so, if you disable all but the first tuner you mapped does live tv work?

I'm still unable to see live TV, but am able to record. How do I turn on closed captions? I can't find a setting for it anywhere. Thanks.

That's what I figured, did you remove all but the one tuner and try live tv as I suggested?

There are no closed captioning in the web app. For that use the NextPVR client or Kodi
