Good morning,

I recently switched over from V4 to V6 a couple of days ago. Everything in V4 worked fine for years and after I switched to V6, I can't watch a channel without the transcoding failing. I've uploaded my logs and any advise is appreciated, thanks.

Can you restart the NextPVR Recording Service and try again. There are a few things odd in the log but I now there is an issue sometimes with trying to play a channel right after the HDHR device is added.

If it fails after the upload send the logs again.

Just rebooted and tried to watch another channel, but it is still doing the same thing. I should add that I'm using a Ceton quad tuner with Ceton Proxy.

The most recent logs must not have had ceton proxy running when NextPVR started so the tuners would have been disabled. You didn't send the logs that NextPVR creates some files are missing, so try another test after restarting the server.

It would be a good idea to remove the zip file you made in the log folder too.

I am surprised the sub identifies HDHR mode when web based discovery fails, he might need to reply on how the ceton proxy is detected..

So here is my current update: I just said the hell with it and ditched the Ceton tuner and got an HD homerun Prime 3 tuner from eBay. Hooked it up, called my cable provider to re-pair my cable card and I'm back in business. Unfortunately, I just had to accept that Ceton is no longer going to be supported moving forward. I wished it had one more tuner, like the Ceton, but it is what it is.
