This has not happened before. I can pick up frequencies with my TV that I am not picking up through Next. I was even picking it up with Next before I did a recan. Can I add a channel manual and add the frequency?

TVs often have better tuners the PC tuners. Adjusting your antenna and removing splits can help. No point adding a signal that you can't scan it won't be reliable.

I thought the same thing. WinTV picks it up on the same PC. I rebooted, reinstalled drivers. I am at a loss

I ran a straight cable to three different antennas on two different cards. NextPVR misses anything above channel 49. WinTV picks them up from my main WinTV Quad and the WinTV 7164 BDA. It's odd because NextPVR was still reaching the signal before I did a new scan.

Do you mean virtual channel numbers? The last physical channel is at 51 before repack.

To be honest I get confused when using the word channel in this instance. I just now my the station channel numbers 54.1, 54.2, 54.3

Yes that is the virtual channel. If every virtual channel above 49 is missing that could be a NextPVR issue, sub will need to look at this.
