Hi,

i'm trying to find out how to use a command-line tool like ffmpeg for direct stream recording from iptv (non transcode). i need that for quick testing purposes

a basic command line will do the job

Often you can't because of user agents, redirects etc but the format for a basic m3u8 files .

ffmpeg -i url.m3u8 -vcodec copy -acodec copy -f mpegs output.ts
