air date lookup

Is it possible to add air date information for tv series when artwork is loaded from using for example the thetvdb.com?
I ask as in the uk unfortunately tv guide data does not include air date for episodes yet it does seem to include the series and episode numbers (making it useful info for a airdate lookup by nextpvr)

Honestly, it's unlikely I would do this. The artwork matches are generally good for mainstream shows, but can be a bit hit or miss for some shows, and I wouldn't want to update known-good data with data (albeit with not a lot of info), with data I'm not sure is correct

It also appears thetvdb is on the verge of becoming a commercial service, and needing to be removed from NextPVR.

In the UK, you do have the option of switching to Schedules Direct for like $25 a year, which will give you better artwork, season/episode numbers, and info like original air date etc.
