When setting the web browser to full screen mode using F11 key and then watching live tv in the nextpvr web client the screen is offset and not really full screen. Without pressing F11 (browser normal mode) fullscreen video works fine. Here is a screenshot of what I see.

I checked a Youtube video using full screen browser mode and then selected full screen video and it displayed properly. I tried this with Edge Chrome and Google Chrome with the same results. Logs attached.

Thanks.

First, press the F11 key to set the browser to full screen mode. Then press the full screen video icon as you show in your screenshot.

If your browser is in normal mode, and you click that lower right fullscreen button in the player, does it fullscreen ok?

Yes.

I also tried the Jellyfin server/web client with the NextPVR plugin and the fullscreen player mode worked fine with the browser fullscreen or normal.

My laptop resolution is 1920x1080 and scaling set to 125% I tried setting the scaling to 100% but the issue persisted.

To help me understand if it's related to the scaling, can you try 100% again, but reboot before checking it? A lot of things with desktop scaling don't full apply until the desktop session is restarted.
