In Toronto, Canada, we switched to Eastern Standard Time this morning.  The TV Guide is showing everything at the correct times in the Windows Desktop App.  But the Windows Web App is showing all programming one hour later.  I don't think this is a browser problem because it happens in all 3 of my browsers:  Firefox, Chrome and Edge (latest version for all).  So this appears to be an issue on the server side of the TV Guide.  It's also not a problem in the xml tv guide data (I checked) and like I said, the desktop app is working fine.  Also, recordings are occurring at the proper time.  Just a presentation issue in the web app's tv guide.

Is there be an environment variable or config setting that would allow me to work around the problem?  I really prefer the web app's TV guide - it's just so efficient to work with and uses screen real estate so economically.

I should also point out that the vertical line on the tv guide for the current time is also off by an hour.  So far, it appears that the web app tv guide is uniformly off by an hour for everything.

If you click on a show in the web app, does it show the correct time in the popup window?

The position of the line, and the rectangles for each show is based on the number of minutes since midnight...and it sounds like that logic might be screwy on the day light savings changes happen.

Behind the scenes everything is based on UTC, so recordings etc should be fine. I think it's just cosmetic about the positioning of elements in the guide grid.

Thinking about it, this might still be the best way to represent it (and all the shows already showing in the correct location, and showing the correct time when you click them), but maybe the blue timeline at the top of the page needs to represent the daylight savings time. (rather than trying to have two shows on top of each other when the clocks go back, and a gap between shows when the clock goes forward)

Can someone let me know if this helps? I'm not expecting it to be 100%...might be missing/extra hour at end of blue timeline, but should be an improvement.

When I click on a show, the details for the show include the correct time.  A show that starts at 6:30 appears in the grid under 7:30.  Everything in the grid is off by an hour, including the vertical line for the current time.  Like I said, this appears to be purely a presentation issue.  But it is confusing to look at.  It will affect a great number of people since a big part of North America changed their clocks today.  Obviously seems to be an issue that occurs when you are no longer on daylight savings time.

I saw previous posts on this issue that suggested it was a problem with Chromium based browsers like Edge and Chrome.  But this is happening in Firefox too.  Being a former systems/internet programmer, I know you can't really say it's a browser bug when the behaviour is exactly the same in all the browsers.  Anyway, good luck.

So the blue bar with times, didn't show the clock moving back at 2am? ie, I was hoping for something like

12:00AM 12:30AM 01:00AM 01:30AM 01:00AM 01:30AM 02:00AM ...

Actually, do use 24 hour military time there? (that might not show that change I made, and I might need to make a slight different but similar change for that)
