Those files aren't right. A 1 minute full transport stream should be like 180-250MB.

I have looked at the file with mediainfo and not sure what to expect to see or what you are looking for sorry for my lack of knowledge
Any help to get the correct file data

When I record to disk the full transport stream I only get a less than 10mb file
I am clearly doing something wrong 
I will investigate further

TScapture offers the choice of capturing a  ... Full Transport Stream ... or ... Single Channel Transport Stream ... https://tscapture.com/

Select a channel that has split movies and then select ... Full Transport Stream
