Add a single IPTV channel, manually?

Is there a way to add a single IPTV channel, manually, like in ver 4?  Previously, I was able to do this, along with xml imports & exports so I could make my own custom lineup.  I'm thinking I could do it via creating an m3u file & host it, but that seems counter-productive and overkill for such a simple task.  Thanks!

You can create an m3u file on a local file system and import from there. ie, d:\test.m3u

It doesn’t have to be hosted.
