Unable to StartStream(): The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

Hello,

I have trying to get NextPVR working on Debian Buster 10 arm64 with 4.4.213 kernel on a Pine Rock64 SBC.
I have installed is as written on github and got it up. I have plugged my RTL2832U DVB-T receiver and it recognized it and I was able to scan the channels.
After, I tried to open the stream from the browser and it failed (Transcoder Exited). 
I have seen that this is possible to be caused by ffmpeg, so I fired up kodi and tried to connect from there.
Kodi downloaded all the channels and I tried to open one but it failed.
I had a look at the logs, but I wasn't able to find a solution.

Don't expect to transcode to a web browser on anything but a full PC but Kodi should be ok.
