Hello,

I'm new here.

My Astrometa is working fine with W10 and progdvb.

I did install nextpvr with no problems, Astrometa DVB-T- and DVB-C-tuner was recognized. When scanning all frequencies@256QAM@6900 KSym/s nextpvr finds no channels.

I rebooted the PC and made sure no instances of progdvb are running. Same result.

How is the proceeding to find the problem?

You need to upload the zipped logs that you get from the web Settings page. If some channels are being recognized, sub, the NextPVR author mentioned there could be an issue with LCN values.

I suspect that is not the case here - you'd likely get channels on some frequenices. It was a very specific scenario required to trigger that issue.

what can I try? I cannot reach the web interface anymore. New installation? Wipe anything off with windows tools, reboot, and try a new installation of nextpvr?

Are those logs stored automatical?
In the web app visit Settings->About, and click the 'log files' button. It'll download a zipped set of log files ready for you to attach.

If you can't even get to the web app any more, it sounds things are a lot more broken than your original report. Yeah try rebooting, and if that doesn't help, try reinstalling.

Sorry, I gave you wrong information. I can't connect with MS edge anymore, Firefox and Chrome work fine.

Some Astrometa devices need to be switched between DVB-T and DVB-C mode using the supplied application. It's long enough ago I can't remember the exact details but maybe that's a useful lead.

what do you mean by that "supplied application"? Astrometa tuners show up using the web interface, but I'm not able to scan any channels.
