Maintaining IPTV stations and lists

Love the NextPVR!  Used version 4 for many years and finally upgraded to version 5. I is great but have a few shortcomings, IMHO that should be easy to correct:

USE CASE: A favorite IPTV stream changes its URL several times per day. 
Requested change 1:  Allow direct editing of the URL stream from an existing NextPVR web page. 
Requested change 2: Allow the user to export the IPTV channel lineup to XML, edit it in a third party app such as Microsoft Excel, then import the edited XML back into Next PVR. 
Requested change 3: Allow the user to export the IPTV channel lineup to a standard .m3u file, edit it in a third party app such as Microsoft Notepad, then import the edited m3u file back into Next PVR.

Why not create a source m3u with notepad and rescan it if you have the URL anyway?

I made many changes in NextPVR since importing. The channel numbers did not import and I am not sure how to keep the current schedule direct channel guide for each of the channels if I reimport them.
