When watching TV with NextPVR it often stops/freezes after about 1h. Is this a limitation of the software or of, perhaps, having had the packet capture software installed at some point?

Win11 and NextPVR 6 (also happened with 5).

No, there is no limitation around this.

Reproduce the issue and post the logs. Also let us know approximately what time the issue happened, so we know where to look in the logs.

I've watched for an hour and a half this morning and it has not frozen yet. I'll keep trying.

It has just frozen at 12:01. I then got 2 very small bursts of sound but no picture update, then nothing. Logs are attached.

Makes sense since you scheduled an EPG update for 12:00 which took the tuner.

2022-09-08 11:12:29.188 [DEBUG][4] StartStream(): LIVE&C:\Users\Public\Videos\live-QUEST+1-13823.ts
...
2022-09-07 12:00:16.680 [DEBUG][10] Will update EPG soon
....
2022-09-08 12:01:46.651 [DEBUG][4] StartStream(): c:\devxxxxxx\null.ts

You need to schedule those for off hours when you won't be using the tuner.

Difficult because in off hours, the PC is not on. I'll have to think about that one.

On Windows often users let their PC sleep rather than power down and NextPVR will wake it if you want to check that out.

You EPG update takses about 8 minutes, I expect if you used a service like Scheduled Direct, the interruption would be shorter and it doesn't impact your tuner as much. Still not ideal though.
