Schedules Direct Login Failed

I recently started a Schedules Direct trial, and entered my Schedules Direct credentials in the settings page for EPG Sources.  When I press the Login and Refresh EPG Sources button, I receive an error that says Login Failed, Failed to login to Schedules Direct.  Confirm you've entered the correct username etc.  I have confirmed that my credentials work when I login to the Schedules Direct website.

I found this text in the log files that may describe what's going on, but I don't know what the problem is.  Hoping someone can help.

No you don't.  Without posting zipped logs there are no problems.

Hi Martin,

I tried to login and refresh EPG sources again just now, but without success. Then I successfully logged in to Schedules Direct just to make sure my account is still active and everything seems good there. Do you have any suggestions as to what to check, or maybe something I'm doing wrong?

Could your send you logs again. The SD website credentials are not the same as the SD JSON credentials.

This log file is just after my most recent attempt.  If you find that the SD JSON credentials are not correct, can you let me know how to obtain them?

That's the same odd error as yesterday. Are you sure you have entered the credentials properly on the Settings->Guide page?

If so, are you possibly running a VPN and if not what do you see from this on the command line

curl --data baddata https://json.schedulesdirect.org/20141201/token

I'm sure the SD credentials are correct.  I changed my password after one of the first attempts, and have tried both a number of times.  I copy pasted onto the command line with the directory as C:\Users\My PC.  Not sure if that was what you intended, but I've attached a screenshot of the result.

Yeah, that's what I expected, I can't explain what is going on with NextPVR not getting back JSON.

My suggestion would be to stop the NextPVR service and edit config.xml with this

<SchedulesDirectUsername></SchedulesDirectUsername>
<SchedulesDirectPassword></SchedulesDirectPassword>

Then start the service and reenter them. Make sure it is the SD JSON credenitals. If that doesn't work you might need to PM them to sub or I.
