[attachment=undefined]

I am getting the dreaded (no listings) for an XMLTV file I am using for a few channels. I attached it for reference (TVGUIDE2021.XML).

There have been no changes to my system but it just suddenly stopped working about a month ago. So just did a clean load of the latest NPVR. Same results. I have scoured the forum looking for an answer but I give up and regrettably need to ask a very simple question. Is it formatting or not mapping correctly? Please help. Thanks.

Attachments need to be zipped an under 2MB. Bigger files need to be on external sites like OneDrive. Best to also provide you zipped logs.

I've noticed the same type of problem over the last few editions..
Whenever there is some sort of problem with the xml download m2xml or zap2it prog not getting data or net failure, the guide data simply doesn't get anything from the new dl's..
I thought the newest vsn wouldn't do it.. but it has..

In relation.. Why isn't any old unused and no longer available xml sources not removed? I've noticed that sources not used for a long time still com up in the display when it's loading..

And
Does the Do the EPG scripts work... I've had 2 that get triggered after the xml dl's are done and it doesn't seem to be workin'

[dotnet nscripthelper.dll -pin:1234 -server:192.168.1.10:4567 -updateepgonly]

I'm not really sure what you're saying here. There is nothing wrong with NextPVR.

When you're using xmltv for your listings, you're basically say "I'll supply my own TV listings, NextPVR can read them from this file". The situation described here is where the user is failing to live up to there any of the bargain. ie, you're not supplying TV listings

Quote:In relation.. Why isn't any old unused and no longer available xml sources not removed?
Because we're assuming you're going to fix whatever is broken with your process of "supplying your own TV listings". ie, whether is updating your version of zap2xml or whatever, and eventually you'll have an updated xmltv file NextPVR can read the listings from. In the meantime, the channels are still there, and can still be watched, but you're not supplying listings so will show as "(no listings)" until you fix your problem.

I'm not sure what you're asking.

The automated EPG update happens at the time specified on the Settings->Guide page. You shouldn't need to run nscripthelper to update the guide.
