Unable to login to Schedules Direct.

What's happening:
Go to 'Settings', 'Guide', 'Add SD Channel Lineup' 48044 is the zip code, North America, United States. Click on search button and nothing happens.
Presented the nrecord.log to SD and response from Robert Kulagowski via RT <rt@schedulesdirect.org> was "I'm pretty sure that I was told that the error that's coming up from Newtonsoft was due to a programming error in NextPVR."

Some background info:
I am using T-Mobile Wireless as my internet provider since July of this year.
I noticed SD not updating around Dec 1.
I uninstalled NextPVR using option Uninstall Everything.
Removed all references to NextPVR as much as I can find.
Restarted the computer (it is running Windows 10)
Went to https://www.nextpvr.com/download.html and installed Windows version of NextPVR.
Run ipconfig/flushdns
Installation and setup went very smoothly except I still am unable to update EPG from SD.
Help.

This is a known issue, especially for T-Mobile users. You need to follow the steps here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid577073

It is not a NextPVR issue, but still quite annoying.

There is a few things going on those logs.

On the Settings->Channels page, what EPG Source is listed next to your channels? If they're not set to Schedules Direct, then you need to click Advanced Tools -> Automap, and map them to use Schedules Direct.

As Martin mentioned, it also looks like you might have the T-mobile problem with Schedules Direct. Basically SD tried to put in some extra security recently, but T-Mobile is doing something that breaks that security (by sending requests from different IP addresses), and your have to contact SD and let them know, and they change a setting on your account to work around the issue.

My Auto Map EPG options:
Channel Type: ATSC (only)
EPG Source: None, DVB/ATSC EPG, Freesat(UK). No SD listed.
Map strategy: Numbers and Identifiers, Channel Names.


I will follow up with SD.

No you won't be able to properly automap until you can use the token, so I'd just wait for SD.

As you predicted SD did something to open my NextPVR access to SD EPG so I am back in business.

Great.

For the record, the problem isn't specific to NextPVR and also affects other applications. Hopefully they'll come up with some permanent fix soon, so it won't affect other new users.
