How to update channel list

Ok, The playlist from my IPTV provider was hacked. Is there a way I can have NextPVR reload the playlist without having to delete the old play list?

Not too much has changed or is expected to change from this thread https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=64456 If the link to the m3u changed you won't have much luck as we discussed there.
