need help setting up, not able to map

A lightning strike took out my computer, so I had to get a new one, and I thought I knew what I was doing, but I'm stuck. Can someone please help me?

Done steps: installed npvrsetup
Scanned channels from WinTV-dualHD ATSC tuners, copied channel lineup for 2nd tuner.
Recording path set to D:\RecordedTV\
Guide path set to D:\EPG\ where the xmltv.xml file resides, updated from zap2it tv listings.

When I edit channel details, I can't get it to select XMLTV [D:\EPG\] as the source. When I select it, the mapping is blank, and it can't save.
I tried updating EPG among other things, and nothing appears to work.

I've searched around and can't find the answer. What am I doing wrong?

When you add an XMLTV source, it needs to be to a xml file, not a directory.

ie, might be something like D:\EPG\tvguide.xml

Once you've got the XMLTV source added, if the channel names or numbers in the xmltv file match the channels from your tuner, you should also be able to select Advanced Tools -> Automap, and it'll automatically map all the channels for you in a single step.

Tks. For some reason I missed a channel. Do I have to rescan, or is there a way to retrieve it (assuming it was found previously)?
