Faster Navigation with Colored Buttons

Is it possible to use the colored remote bottons as Shortcuts?
It would be nice if in the dialog boxes all possibilities can be chosen by Shortcut and Navigation. Using the color keys, the button can easily marked and Navigation gets faster.

It would also be very nice, if the existing shortcuts would be marked with colors.

The color keys are not available on some of the remotes I support, so I dont what to show them on the screen.

Some plugins already provide functions on these keys, but you'll need to refer to the wiki for information on these.
