Streaming Failed-transcoder exited

This is a new install on a rebuild PC running Win 10 Pro Channel scan works fine try to streamj a live channel and starts reiving data, then crash streaming failed -transcoder exited.
Updated driver for the DVBT2 card still nothing. Being trying for hours now but nothing works.

That message is bogus, it can mean pretty much anything. Start with basics

okay changed and corrected but still the same issue.
