New NextPVR install on Win 11

Ok, I installed NextPVR on a new win 11 machine.  When I launch NextPVR from a shortcut it opens with low resolution and the channels are tiling and audio is choppy.  
When I go into settings and launch the UI client it opens with high resolution and the channels come in like they should.  No tiling and the audio is perfect.  
This one is throwing me.

If you run NextPVR.exe -nogl does it work any better? Maybe you haven't installed all the video drivers.

WOW. What a quick response. I did not have all the decoders set to LAV.
Little tight on funds at the moment but I will definitely be donating again soon.
