Do you know if GB-PVR works with the new Hauppauge PVR150? And, if so, what setting do I select?

No, at this stage I dont think it supports the PVR150. I dont have access to one of these devices.

You could try selecting the PVR250, if that doesnt work then try selecting the roslyn card. Hopefully the drivers for the PVR150 is compatible with one of these two.

Thanks, when I select pvr250 it seems to sccept it, but I only get a black screen. In any case, if you need a guinea pig, I have the PVR150 installed on machine.

You could download graphedit (google should turn it up), and select "insert filter" from the menu. Expand all the "WDM..." sections and insert the Hauppauge filters. Then take a screenshot and email it to me at support@devnz.com.

For an example of the sort of thing I'm after, take a look at: http://gbpvr.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?a...=graphedit (you dont need to connect them all up though).

I just sent you a copy of the graph. Leave a message here if you need anything else. I will check it periodically. Thanks.

If you do include support for the WinTV-PVR-150, there should also be support for the IR Blaster that's included with the board. I guess one could also communicate with this IR blaster from GBPVR through a Girder plugin, but I doubt Girder has support for this board yet. Since this board is still in its infancy, I'll stop bothering you about it. If I get this board, would it help you if I sent some more GraphEdit graphs?

The next release includes support for the PVR150 and PVR500.

At this stage I dont have a model with IR Blaster, but I will add support for it in future when I get access to model that does.

That is great news Sub, I just noticed my local Micro Center store started to cary the 150's at $99.95.
Now I wonder if you can mix the 150's with my 2 250's?  [Image: tounge.gif]

I haven't spent much time focusing on this compatibility side of things, but my PVR500 seems to be working fine alongside my PVR350. Both cards appear to be working, except for the Hauppauge IR software which seems to be complaining.

My PVR350 (which was originally in the machine) has moved to device number 3, and the PVR500 has slotted in as devices 1 & 2, which I suspectis something to do with the IR problem.
