I keep getting 0 byte recordings. It appears to be when I have two recordings going on at the same time, one of them is 0 bytes.

I have a WinTV-PVR 500, and I didn't have this problem before. (I have had problems with overlapping recordings and such before, but the current algorithim is working great for me...this is a new problem.)

This is part of the log:

The log has a bunch of :
7/10/2005 8:59:04 PM.370 VERBOSE [45] SourceConfigurationContainer.LoadAll()

Can that be shut off? Every two seconds...makes the log kind of large. Smile

This program was 0 length too: It was at 9:30, after the 9:00 Family Guy, but while the 9:00 4400 was still recording:

What else do I need to send?

I'm using 0.92.11.

There was a patched version of NativeUtilities.dll posted in one of the other threads within the last couple of weeks. I'm fairly sure it will resolve it. No, I dont know exactly which thread, but the search button should turn it up...

Well, I tried the new .DLL, but it didn't fix my problem. So I did some more experimenting, and found out that it was, in fact, _my_ problem.

Somehow, on my PVR 500, the second tuner had become "locked up". If you tried to watch Live TV on it, GBPVR would just show a black screen. If it tried to record, you'd get 0 bytes.

This didn't happen on the first tuner, which was why recordings sometimes worked (especially when there were two together).

A complete power off of the box fixed the problem.

My apologies for the noise, and maybe this can help someone else.
