hauppauge 350 TVout help

I am a newbie with this gb-pvr. I installed it with few difficulties. I am able to watch live tv for about 30 seconds to a minute and then it kicks out to the main menu. I am not sure where to go to fix this but if anyone has any ideas please let me know. If you need more information I will be happy to supply that here.

I seem to have found a couple of posts in here related to my problem. I am using a motherboard with a VIA bios so I updated the drivers for that AND I switched some settings in the Config so that it used InterVideo nonCSS decoders for audio and video. I am still getting files being created even though I have Live TV Preview Mode turned on which cause a delay when changing channels.

Live previe mode isnt compatible with the PVR350. When you use the PVR350's tv out its forced into timeshift mode.
