GB-PVR screen saver on MVP

I'm having two problems with the GB-PVR screen saver on MVP:

1. Using the MVP's built-in screen saver, the SS kicks out (and the timer resets) whenever the screen content changes. The GB-PVR SS doesn't do this. This results in (1) picture slideshows falling in the SS after 1 minute, and (2) new song names never showing up on the NetRadio screens.

2. When the Hauppauge SS kicks in, pressing any key brings you right back to where you where. OTOH, when the GB-PVR SS kicks in, pressing any key returns you to the main screen, requiring one or more buttonpresses to return to the previous page.

Yes, I'm aware of this.

This is because the screen saver functionality was never meant as a screen saver, its really just a function to switch to a different plugin after a period of in activity. At the last minute I decide to implement a screen saver using this functionality. Its not possible to go back to the previous screen because GB-PVR has actually switch current screens. This functionality was really intended for a few people who had wanted to automatically switch to the juke box and start playing music after a period of inactivity. The screen saver was just an after though that used this same logic.

I may change it some time in the future, but for now it'll have to stay how it is.
