Hi, I've been using Zap2It successfully for close to a year, however, in the last week or 2, I've noticed that I only have about 3 days of TVGuide info in GBPVR. It seems to be updating, because it is staying at a consistent 3 days. I tried looking around to see if there was some setting in the config program that might have been set to 3 days.

Any idea why this might be occurring, or where I should go to change a setting?

Thanks.

It has been about a week since I got any new info on mine. The 21st is the furthest I have. My subscription expires on 9/28.

The only solution I found to fix this for Zap2It users, is to switch to the XMLTV feed of Zap2It. That feed is working and getting the correct number of days. Not sure if Zap2It has changed anything recently or not.

Just in case, be sure to check that you have the config set to correct number of days. I think mine got reset to 3 days back when I upgraded.

Go to capture sources
Click to edit Zap2it
Click settings beside EPG Source.

Make sure that you have it set to 9 days or whatever works for you.

It wasnt reset. This is a new setting. Previously everyone was hardcoded to like 8 days.

I purposefully set the default to a low value so that the initial update will happen in a timely fashion for those first time users. You're also less likely to get problems with show times moving etc.

Mine is, and was, set to 15. (wishfull thinking on my part.) should I drop it down some?

Sub, FWIW, this appears to be timed about the time of .94.2 or .94.4. Could there be something in the .94 series causing this?

Sub, even before running the episode guide manually, I had changed the number of days to pull from 4 to 8, and still didn't get anything updated. XMLTV version of Zap2It imports fine, just the direct webservice doesn't seem to be working. Zap2It has a message on their site that says it is probably a GBPVR problem. Check the forums on labs.zap2it.com.

In the other thread on the same topic I've asked someone to produce a log for me. I'm just waiting for that to appear.
