Losing audio problem- back

I am using AV-710 audio card with digital out. Anytime I use FF or RW during playback, I lose audio and the only way to bring it back is to reinstall the card driver which involves several reboots. I tried different audio drivers for the card, all with the same problem. I saw a similar problem in the forum, but I am not sure if it is the same problem. I am using powerdvd 5 for video and Envy24 (card driver) for audio in GB-PVR config. Help please!

One more thing, this started happening after I upgrade to the latest version. Somthing I had to do to get rid of another problem related to a database connection error. Also when I lose sound, it is gone everywhere, not just through GB-PVR.

Sorry, I dont know. I cant think of any reason you'd be getting this problem.
