I just installed NPVR for the first time yesterday, and it works fine from the windows application (watch tv, see guide data), but no matter what I do, I can't get NEWA to work. I either get webpage not available or the following server error:

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both NPVR and .NET v4.5.2. Initially, when I first installed NPVR, I got the error "web page not available", so I deleted NEWA and reinstalled it manually via the wiki. That is when I get the above error.
I just updated my XBMC installation to KODI (Windows Vista system) and was hoping the the "tuner not available" problem for channels with subchannels would be solved. The EPG is there for all channels, but I can only watch channels with integer channel numbers.
Is this a known problem for KODI? (I know it was a known problem in XBMC)
I am having weird issuses with my Hauppage 930c HD. It will not work with the DVB-C stream generated by a genexis fiber modem. I also have a
normal cable provider (ziggo), whose signal i can use for testing purposes.
-930c works with the ziggo DVB-C signal
-930c does not work with the genexis DVB-C signal
-set top box (Humax 5100C) DOES work with the genexis signal as well as the ziggo signal.
-Set-top box says genexis signal strenght is "excellent"
-the analog signal generated by the genexis DOES work on the 930c HD, only the DVB-C does not (cannot find channels)
-WinTV7 also cannot find any channels.
-i obviously tried to search All/all, with both NextPVR and WinTV7. this took several hours...
so: the genexis router generates a correct DVB-C signal, because it works with a generic set-top box (304mhz, 6875 kBd, QAM-64, netid 4800),
the 930c works correctly, because it easily finds the channels from the ziggo DVB-C signal. Everything is tested on the same cables, same spot.
Anyone any idea as to why the 930cHD cannot find the channels from the genexis?
Several of our cable channels have their AC3 audio streams reversed. The English language is on track 2 rather than track 1. I can manually reselect it, but it resets each time it skips through a commercial. I have checked the language settings and they are all set to eng.
There was a patch to NPVRTSReader2.ax in December 2012 which fixed the original problem. I believe it set the language by its name rather than track number. I tried it in ver 3.8, but it isn't compatible and causes a crash.
The logs are attached. I can also provide samples of the videos if you need them.
I'm looking into changing my capture card. I've been checking prices on the Colossus because it has an html port that I can plug my HD Direct TV set top box. I'm wondering if any one else is using this card and what type of luck they are having with it.
I had a problem where at least 100 recorded TV shows disappeared form my drive. Nothing else on that drive seems to be affected. I ran a check disk and it said the disk drive was fine. It only left at the most 15 shows. I was working on something else that I would swear would not have done this. It is possible the disk became full. Has anybody else had this problem. I've just ordered another hard drive and will sync two drives then.

Have just installed latest NPVR 3.3.8 on windows XP PC with Happaugue WinTV 88x DVB-t tuner and recordings are .ts format. I would like to record in mpeg2 as I did with my gbpvr similar setup using cyberlink mux. I have installed the same cyberlink mux and registered it, but cant find where to specify the BDA MUX in the NPVR setup or config.xml. Could you advise me how to do this please?
Dear Support,
I had reformat my HTPC and decided to give nPVR a try. However, there is no sound when watching/recording any of the analog channels. But watching/recording with GB-PVR, no problem at all.
I've tried install the codec and select LAV, ffdshow but none of the is successful.
Looking for a way to delete recordings over a certain age. I suppose I could write a script to delete the recordings themselves, but, I suspect nextpvr may not like this?
I have it set up to record all networks shows every night ala Dish Hoppers Primetime Live feature. Now the problem is I do not watch every show on every network channel, so, I want them to go away in a week. I sure don't want to have to manually delete each of those.
Something strange about my NextPVR setup and I'm not sure if it is an issue with my video card or NextPVR.
I can get logs, but I wanted to try asking to question first to see if anyone knew what might be the issue.
From the main menu of the program, where I can select Live TV, Guide, etc. the program is full screen. It takes up the entire screen.
When I watch either a recorded show or live tv, the program appears to have a border around the image. This border is around the entire image and the overlay information is contained inside this border as well. It's as if the video window is smaller or something... If I take the program out of full screen the border is still present inside the window.
When I exit the video the guide or rest of the program is full screen, as expected.
