As per the subject line your ip 76.76.102.42 for the forums is in a range that is spammer friendly - so people that use spamhaus for blocklists etc are going to pickup that emails from the forums are spam and potentially get blocked
is your hosting with gogax by any chance ? it sounds they are spammer friendly.
i ask cause i have a mail server and this is whats coming up when i get in the header of emails that come from the forum

npvr has been working fine for a week, with several back-to-back recordings using both of my recorders.
Tonight, Glee stopped recording (with the titled error) at 7:58 pm just as 'V' started recording at 7:58 pm (I have 2 min buffer before and after recordings). There was only ~5 seconds of 'V' recorded.
In addition, right-clicking on the tray icon did not result in any options (show status/star npvr/restart). I had to stop then start the npvr service to start 'V' again at ~ 08:16 pm.
The 2 shows are on different channels. Other back to back recordings that worked earlier in the week were on the same channel. Logs attached.
The "Time Bar" and "Description" have recently gone missing on my NPVR V2 Client when playing Recordings such as during a "Pause". I could not see anything in "Settings" so deleted the Data Directory and did a reinstall but this has not cured the problem.
A dedicated server that will host eight tuner cards - 1 TBS DVB-S2 Quad Tuner Card and 2 Blackgold BGT3620 cards (this will give 4 DVB-T2 signals and 4 DVB-S2 signals) and server will do all my recording and serving to three clients.
In terms of the clients, I shall have three acer revos aspires.
All computers, including the server will be running Windows 7.
There were a couple of things that I wanted to be able to do with the setup in particular.
Have a dedicated hard disk just for time shifting that all the clients could use for pausing live TV.
The ability to have a centralised EPG on the server itself rather than on each client (meaning that if I could set a recording from any client and this will show up on the EPG on any of the other clients).
Watch live TV on any of the clients
Ability to record more than one channel from a single tuner if it is on the same MUX.
At the moment, I have an HTPC in my living room that is acting as both a server and client and a single Revo in my bedroom that acts as a client. I have a hvr-2200 dual DVB-T and a Nova single DVB-S2 card in the HTPC.
I have been using Windows 7 for well over 18 months and it has been great but for the fact that there are lots of limitations that I am beginning to dislike, now I am thinking about piping live TV round the house (e.g. limits on numbers of tuners, not sharing EPGs etc).
I then gave Media Portal a go and it did exactly what I wanted to do except for it being unbelievably slow and crashed a couple of times.
Someone recommended that GBPVR would be a perfect solution for what I am trying to achieve, but I need to make sure before I start adding yet another PVR program.
I have played around a bit with AC3Filter and ffdshow for audio decoding on my setup and I can't shake this popping and clicking I get with the channels (only a subset of the, at that) from my HDHR. It's beginning to drive me batty. ffdshow doesn't pop or click but has this raw, ripp-y sound to it and I haven't figured out how to successfully preamp the volume (the volume on those channels is super quiet if I don't).
One channel out of 16 will not display in Live TV.
Other channels, even from the same digital frequency are fine.
VLC will play the temporary replay buffer file and I can record from that channel.
Presumably it needs a particular decoder - how do I find out which?
I exported my recordings, cleaned out the database and tried to import them again.
I can import the recurring recordings, but not the previously recorded ones. I get the message "No Recordings Imported".
What am I doing wrong?

One of my tuners died. I have removed it. Now I cant get an EPG update.
