Hi,
I'm having a problem while using net radio on a client PC. The server goes to sleep and shortly afterwards the net radio will stop on the client. It can't be made to play again without waking up the server and restarting PVRX2 on the client.
Any suggestions as to how to prevent the server going into standby while net radio is playing on the client?
it is unclear to me how to install for the new NPVR solution. I have a totally new OS installation and will start from scratch. NPVR is up and running fine. All the docs mention GB-PVR and I want to know which route to go. I guess the dummies installation tool? Or?
I've installed several times in the past to great success, but my memory seems to be lacking on the specifics. Otherwise I surely would have been able to pick up the pieces of the puzzle and figure it out myself. It is safer to ask first and avoid the issues...
Thanks for some great mediacenter software, and thanks for all your hard work.
NPvr is, in my humble opinion the best and most stable version of gbpvr. Right now it's recording 2 simultaneous DVB-streams on my one tuner, and I lie down while listening to wonderful music.
This is so fuc.... nice.
It would be good if Some folders in Video Library, recordings and picture Library have a pin-code protection becouse they may have content that are not suitable for children. There should be a function for specifying a pincode that must be entered before the folder is allowed to be opened/watched.
I am a little confused about the devices configuration after using GBPVR. I don't see any way to create capture sources like you could in GBPVR. I have HVR-2250s and I'm not sure how I am going to make use of them completely. I also do not see any way to setup any external tuner channel changing or even see anything at all about external tuners. Why were there so many capture card options in GBPVR, but hardly any in NPVR? Am I missing something? Maybe somebody can point me to some documentation that explains this if there is some other way these things are done.
In the UiElement class there is a flag 'public bool forceRefresh'. Do I need to set it when I update the Bitmap image in my own class which inherits from UiElement?
Not sure if this belongs in NPVR forum or this one. I cannot play .m2ts video files through the pch using NPVR. I can play them using GBPVR though. Any ideas what could be the problem?
I currently have a postprocessing batchfile that runs after each recording is completed. I would like to add a command line call to force npvr to update the epg at the end of my postprocessing batchfile.
Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, what is the command line call?
