I searched the forum but either my search terms are wrong or no ones reported this, and I apologize if I do a poor job of explaining what I'm trying to do. I have a combo of over the air channels and IPTV channels. When I open a connection to a IPTV source and I check the Device Status page I see 1 connection to the IPTV source. If I go to another device and open another stream of the same IPTV channel it opens a second connection to the IPTV source as seen in the Device Status page. Is there a way if a second device tries to watch an active connection to an IPTV source could the second device "piggyback" off the active connection instead of opening a second connect?

When live TV stopped working with the Windows desktop app, I opened the browser link and tried again.  This time I was able to see the data transfer start and immediately stop....

It took a couple of days for me to figure out that the cause of the problem was a full disk (yes, you can call me slow!)

So, my request is to add a check for time shifting disk space, and let the user know if there isn't enough to continue.

Just thought I'd add a few words that some might find helpful....

I thought this same problem might have been caused by a number of changes I made....

1. I moved my SiliconDust tuner box and antenna.
2. I updated the firmware on the SiliconDust HDHomeRun Flex 4k.
3. I installed a number of Microsoft updates to my Windows 11 system.
4. I installed an update to NextPVR (6.1.0.221017).

When I was done, I couldn't watch live TV with NextPVR, but I could still watch with HDHomeRun.  (Yeah, I know, it's always best to test after each change, but in this case, none of the changes caused the problem.)

The problem ended up being caused by a FULL DISK!

Now that I know that, in retrospect, it's an obvious problem.  That said, if NextPVR stops playing live TV, check the disk space....

Over the weekend I was trying to add additional over the air channels that recently became available.
At one point I decided to remove all the existing channels and re-add everything I needed.
At least one of the channel names had changed, I.E. from KDFWDT to KDFW-DT. This caused all recurring recordings for this channel to no longer work (be scheduled).
The channel number has not changed. Below is a screen shot of the current channel and the scanned channel.

I've reverted to my database backup, so am ok for now.

I do have a situation where ABC is now available on another frequency and if it has a stronger signal I would like to switch to it and drop the old frequency.
Both ABC stations have the same name and channel, but different frequencies.

I've been using Schedules Direct and NextPVR on Windows 11 with a Hauppauge quadHD for some time without issue.  However, about 2-3 weeks ago some of the station schedules stopped updating and as part of troubleshooting I cleared the EPG to start fresh and it seems no channels are updating.  I went so far as to start with a fresh install of NextPVR and setup from scratch, but am still receiving the following in nrecord.log whenever I setup SD and click the Search button to get a lineup for my zip and location:

The web interface just seems to ignore me (click on Search and nothing visible happens and I get the error in nrecord.log).  I only have the OTA antenna lineup as an EPG option instead of having the SD lineup listed.

As for troubleshooting, beyond the fresh install (which the attached logs are from going back to my original installation), I've done a number of things based on various threads of other issues I've found involving SD and JSON and...: resetting the config.xml lines to put in the SD credentials fresh, the curl command from a command prompt and this is the result (screenshot attached), opened a thread on the SD forum (Error getting EPG data with NextPVR... - forums.schedulesdirect.org) where it was suggested I should have started with the NextPVR folks  (and a question about whether or not I use a VPN or multiple connections to the 'Net (no to both)), setting my DNS to 8.8.../4.4... to rule out stale records, and a few other things I've lost track of, with no luck and seemingly not even a change in results.

I've attached my logs and a screenshot of the curl command I issued but I'm sure I'm missing other possibly useful information at this point.  However, after a couple weeks of living on only partial 24-hour OTA EPG updates I'm getting lost in what I've tried when and am REALLY missing the SD lineup...

All channels with RTP don't show up in the device list, when importing, but channels with UDP do.

Is there a way to get those channels with RTP protocol ?

I am missing SchedulesDirect guide info for a few channels, Hallmark, Hallmark Moves and Mysteries, and WGN, along with a few others.  The section of the log where NextPvr attempts to retrieve the listings is below.  (Full log zip is attached).

This appears to indicate the NextPvr properly requested the listing, but there was no listing information for the channels that show "has 0 listings", in which case, the problem is with SchedulesDirect.  Does that seem correct?

I am thinking about building a smaller computer and won't be able to use my current Hauppauge PCI Quad tuner card. I am considering replacing it with either a Hauppauge 1682 or a HDHomeRun Flex Duo. They're both close to the same price, and I don't really need four tuners anymore. The 1682 is USB while the HDHomeRun is ethernet. Either option would be fine with me.

Which of these tuners would be the better option for using with NextPVR?

I have just installed NextPVR in a Docker container on a Lubuntu 20.04 machine. It scanned the channels fine, and I can stream channels in the web browser, but the EPG is not being populated (I get "0 inserted, 0 updated" after each request to updated the EPG). I attach the NPVR log. The most recent request to update the EPG was made at 18:47 (on 28/10/22).

I've got some future recording's that i am unable to cancel. I believe these were  set up as recurring recordings. I recently did an update and now have 4.2.4 installed and  using NextPVR.com 4.2.5. in the client scheduler, I've selected either pending recordings or recurring recordings but the show still appears in pending recordings. when i click on the trash can, i do not get any feedback that anything has happened. 

i tried another show that was set up as recurring. the first time i clicked on the trash can, it returned to the scheduler page but still was in the pending recordings.  i then selected the show again, clicking on the trash can and nothing happened, it did not return to the scheduler page. 

from what i've observed, canceling a recording the first time, returns the to the scheduler page but leaves the show as pending. cancelling a show again, does nothing.
