I can't get anything to happen when I click the transcode button in the Video Library... I highlight a file in the list, then click Transcode.... and .... nada..
File has 'Robert Browning' in the path so you can look at the log file and find out where I was clicking Transcode.
If I know the frequency, can I manually enter a channel? i.e., this tuner refuses to find 86.3. If I knew the frequency, is there some way to add it just to see if the tuner will tune to it?
Is there a way to get ML2 to work with the new Slick skin? I tried putting background.jpg in the skins folder but got an unhandled exception error. If I don't put the background in there, GBPVR goes into never-neverland and I have to re-boot.
OK - now I'm blown away - I have sound while mapping digital channels!! NEVER had that before, and I was going to ask why that wasn't available. Unfortunately, I can't tell you right now what audio codec I'm using (mapping channels!) but will post after this task.
When I toggle F7 I still can not get rid of the windows top and bottom bar. I do I get rid of the bars to get the picture to fill the full 16:9 screen?
If I use the latest release drvers from Hauppauge, I have much more luck scanning, but it misses lots of channels.
If I upgrade to the beta Pre-release drivers, it seems to find many more channels, but 9 out of 10 (maybe 10 out of 10!) times it locks up during the scan at different areas of the scan - I say it finds many more because watching it I see more populated in the various blocks.
Now, what's weirder, if I roll back to the release drivers, and finish a scan, and add some channels, I can the roll up to the beta drivers and it plays fine? It's almost like the API for tuning the tuner is different a bit in the new drivers. However, of the 3-4 channels I mapped, I can freely change between them from within PVRX2.

I've been using GraphRecorder to great effect, but I have a problem in that I never seem to be able to record more than one recording without restarting the recording service. When I look in the logs, I see:
Logs are attached. What you'll see is that I tried to schedule a one minute test recording at 18:10, and another at 18:12. The first succeeded, but the second never started. Instead, I see the filesize check. The file is 7.5 mb since completion of the recording, it plays fine, and it hasn't grown any more.
One other piece of evidence:
When I try to restart the service through the restart.bat script (on the command line), I see "Service could not be stopped".
My PCh has just developed a major problem. I have just upgraded the firmware on my A110 and B110 to the latest release. I have also put on the latest recommended mvpmcx2. Now, I cant play any of my recordings, or live TV. Checked through the logs (which are set to debug) and there is nothing I can see there that looks like a problem.
When I select a recording or live TV, the PCH Buffering screen comes up with a blue ! and a message saying "Could not play".
I've also tried telneting into the PCH and looking at the /var/logs, but can't see anything useful there.
If I exit mvpmcx2 and browse to the share of the recorded files on my server, they play without error.
Live TV and recordings are fine on the server and MVP's
In desperation, I reinstalled the NMT's using Martins install script. It seemed to fix it for 24hours, but it's gone wrong again now.
Any suggestions where I can start to look for problems?
