I can see how to stream from video library, and i see the feature to stream a live show.

Is it possible to stream a pre-recorded show? I must be missing it. If you can stream a live show, you must be able to stream a pre-recorded show.

Do I need to add the recordings folder to the video library so it can be access in a "raw" type manner?

strange behaviour, was waiting for new release of GBVR hoping it would sort out my problems but this has flummoxed me and can wait no more:

Running one blaster to Satellite Box and 2 x Sat cards from different makers.

On the server all channels are available from any source.

VIA MVP as long as I select a channel not available from anything but the STB it boots me back to the main menu after timing out. Via STB no problem.

I have tried this with variancies of Martin's Dongle and the latest release PVRX2 dongle.

I have played with MVP pre-delay, still no good.

Strange thing is was all working until I loaded up a couple of Plugins 2 days ago. Cinema (Cheers McBain) and TV Listings (Cheers Alibert).

I was playing around with GBPVR a while ago and stopped, but now I'm back testing again. Where do you find the sats that you want to scan in the configuration program ?

anyone know of any disallowed characters in EPG.XML for gbpvr?

i lost all my channels from digiguide so had to set them up again. the scrape by xmltvgui works fine and the epg data can be read by an XML viewer, but GBPVR doesn't like it for some reason.

i had this before and removing Sky News & Sky Sports News seemed to fix it but not this time.

Hi - I love this plugin - it works almost perfectly for me - it really is fabulous.

There are 3 things that would make this better - maybe they are there somewhere - or maybe they can be feature requests

1. A progress meter on pause that shows how far into the movie you are and how much time is left.

2. A way to skip rather than FF (not sure if this is possible because I don't know how on the netflix site)

3. A way to resume the movie from where you were last watching it (not sure if this is possible either - don't know how to do this on the netflix site)

I know in some threads people have said that trying to get evr working with dvd's in XP that the MPV Decoder filter was the solution. Well, the MPV decoder filter is the only one that I've gotten to work so far, and it does work, but I've noticed something strange. If you open up graphedit on the the last dvd played when you're trying to use MPV decoder filter, you see that the evr renderer is actually not being used! What is being used is a vmr renderer (vmr input 0 - video renderer 0001). So that's why mpv decoder filter is working?!

So I've been trying some other decoders (ffdshow,dscaler5). In both of these cases, they do create graphs that use the correct evr renderer, but for some reason they either do not start playing or they start for a second and die. Opening up the graphs for these in graphedit they do seem to play.

Any ideas on what's happening here?

I'm new to GBPVR, so my wish might already be possible. I would like the capability to display multiple windows. The ultimate solution would be to watch football & baseball on 1 screen and cartoons on another.

Does somebody know how to reboot the PCH using telnet? I have seen this mentioned in a couple of threads. I would like to be able to reboot my PCH using my IPod Touch. I have heard there are some IPhone/IPod touch apps that support telnet, so I suspect this I should be able to do this.

I have the ATI Theater 550 and it has an external composite video and audio ports. Is there a way to use GB to watch what is connected to that external port? I am sure someone has asked this before but in searching I cannot find a good answer.

How about dumping the details of what GBPVR is doing into a text file at the start and end of each recording and playback operation? It could go into a special directory that external apps could check and pick up on.

For example, what I'd do with that info is pump those details into the front display on my media PC using AutoIt and LCD Smartie, as I'm not a C programmer nor ever likely to make the effort to become one.
