I have DVDShrink 3.2 installed in 'C:\Program Files\DVD Shrink' yet BURNDVDX2 says it cannot find it. Should it be installed in another location?

It seems twice a year things get mixed up for a day and then sort themselves out. But not this year.

If I set my time wrong then the time and guide are in sync (both wrong) This is a workable, but annoying solution.
If I set my time correct and then do a full guide update they are out of sync (time right, guide wrong)

Are EPGs based on GMT? or a GMT offset, or a specific (dumb) local time.
Does GBPVR process the EPG times to create the EPG listing? If so how?

Are these even the right questions to ask?

Anyone have a problem with live tv always recording? HVR-1950 Records to temp no matter if i select watch only

i just bought the hauppauge 1250 hd tuner and i cant get it to work with GBPVR. the card works in WMC but it doesnt give hd channels (OTA) i would like to use this program for that but dont know how to get it to work. if any knows its greatly appreciated. oh and its the latest version of the software.

I have an NMT connected to a 1080p screen with a GBPVR 1.2.13 backend. If I play an HD recording or live HD tv, it's fantastic. If I play an SD channel though, the image is just a small section of the centre of the screen. Is that just the way it is? or have I cocked something up.

I have tried specifying the screensize with -m 1080p, but it makes no difference. Is it possible to have the NMT or the backend automatically resize the output or tell the TV to switch to a different resolution?

I just installed the latest version of gbpvr. I am using YApi2XML for TV listings. Everything is working well however, PVRX2 does not show the station number. It list the station identifier letters in the proper order but no station number.

I just reloaded GBPVR onto XP Pro sp2 and I noticed that some of my recurring programs are not showing up in the pending list?

I deleted all the pending and recurring programs and set my recordings up again, but it's still doing it.

For example, Survivor on Thursday night doesn't show up, but Wild West Tech on Saturday morning does. Both are set as Season recordings.

I went to System and updated the episode guide but it didn't make a difference.

I'll see if the programs record or not, but I found it strange.

I also noticed the recordings that aren't showing up in the pending list don't highlight the guide to show they are pending either.

If I set the recording up as a one time only recording they show up in pending and highlight the guide just fine.

Any ideas?

I havent really formulated this into a workable idea yet but it just poped into my head so I thought I'd get it down "on paper" before I forget about it watch ....so excuses aside....

We frequently watch TV series from download sources and without fail I forget the episode number of the last show I downloaded, and I have to take a bit of a guess as to which one to download next.
Of course I could just keep the last episode I watched until I need to download the next one but due to hard drive space or just not knowing which computer on my network the last episode was watched (streamed) from it becomes a bit of a chore.

I would like some sort of log page of the main PVR menu that lists all the video files I've watched in GB say in the last month. Even better would be a list of all the series and the last filename I watched for that series, though with the variable filenames you get from downloads it would need some sort of recogition system to grab the series name from the file name.

Thinking further, perhaps you could nominate certain series to monitor the watching of and specify wild cards to use, this would avoid any privacy within the home issues..

Anyone else have the same problems with forgetting the last episode they watched or am I the only looser?

I have just installed latest GBPVR 1.2.13 and now when I watch part of a recording on the MVP, stop it and restart it again, it always starts from the beginning. The dialog box to restart or resume seems to have disappeared. I think there used to be an option in the config app to set this, but I cannot find it. Has it been removed or am I mistaken? Any help would be appreciated.

I have just updated to latest version of GBPVR (1.2.13) and have lost the fast forward and rewind on the mvp - using the mvp remote. It justs skips forward and back instead. I think there used to be an option in the misc tab of the config to select ffwd and rewind or skip for these buttons, but cannot find it. Has it been removed or am I remembering incorrectly? Can I set ffwd and rewind?
