It seems the "mode" setting (-m) in the "startmeup" script is ignored?
I always get 480i in the GBPVR GUI (according to my TV). I've tried several combos:
-m 1080 --frequency 50
-m 1080 --frequency 60
-m 1080
-m 720 --frequency 50
-m 720 --frequency 60
-m 720
and all above with -o hdmi...
I've attached the output from mvpmcx2 if that's any help...
The log is from a cycle of
* Starting mvpmcx2
* GBPVR menu appearing
* Power off pressed
I have noticed this for a while now. My TV recordings and my live TV video stutters ever so slightly. The audio is fine. I use the Nvidia Purevideo codecs for my playback in PVRX2. When I run windows media player on the same file, it plays fine with the Purevideo codecs. I'm not using all my resources. They show less than 10% usage when watching live tv in full screen.
I have upgraded to the latest PVRX2. It didn't fix the issue, so it is something common to both the latest and previous install.
Any suggestions would be great.
I have included my log files for when I watched one of the recordings.
Martin, I'm following your steps for setting up mvpmcx2 and getting stuck.
When I run telnetd I get a white screen saying that telnet is running (and telneting to the PCH works). But how do I get from there back to the menu so I can choose to run GBPVR? Hitting return or other keys that take me to the top menu gives me an error message if I try to go back into the share to run GBPVR from telnet.html.
I just installed 1.29 and when I press te Prev CH key on the remote that came with my HVR-1600 GBPVR shows the following information instead of sending the Prev Ch IR code:
Channel Number
Video Type
Video Resolution
Audio Type
I have gone through the IR setup from Hauppauge with no change. Every other key works fine. Any elp would be appreciated.
Just installed 1.2.9 and using Monogram AAC 0.9.0.0 and am getting the sound now when playing back the TVNZ .ts files! But it is out of sync, so just wondering if anyone else is running into this issue and/or any places I need to look in order to resolve this. Thanks.
I mentioned this yesterday in another post but thought I'd give it its own thread as it's hindering me finding out why my playback quality is lousy under 1.2.9. Is anyone else seeing the problem whereby loading the lastgraph.grf file generated by GBPVR crashes Graphedit?
sub - is there any point me attaching the lastgraph.grf file so you can look at it? (I don't think it's human readable?)
