i've attempted to follow several posts i've determined, but could a person be so kind as to clarify a pair of things?
i'm new to jellyfin and have it in docker on my synology, along side a nextpvr 5 field that has been rock solid. i'm loving the jellyfin roku channels and having it control my library better than kodi ever ought to, however i've been reluctant to challenge into turning jellyfin loose on my tuners yet and setting nextpvr on the sidelines.
i have attempted to put in the nextpvr plugin within the docker field, however v 5 fails. i saw a few submit about an error at the plugins and that you need to use the preceding version. well, i tried v 4 of appvalleytutuapptweakbox
the nextpvr plugin, and even as it installs rather than erroring out, v4 of the plugin appears to goal v4 of nextpvr which doesn't work for me with my nextpvr five.
if all that is correct as i understand it, is there a roadmap for the jellyfin container image and/or plugins to be up to date so we can use present day version of plugins within the field again?

i see that some humans have had trouble integrating nextpvr with jellyfin. i did at first but (v4.x jelly) after some tweaks, i failed to. i used m3u and positioned within the ip cope with, port, & pin & it all worked. but the best manner i will watch stay television is through the use of a browser, not the android app (pixel xl with lineageos). i get a "playback mistakes - no well matched move.
setup nextpvr, introduced my iptv channels and the interface on the server laptop works pleasant, i will watch stay television, study the tv guide, time table recordings however on an appletv on the identical community all i get is blankness the usage of the nextpvr appletv app. additionally the use of the webui for nextpvr in each browser shows not one of the ui, it masses the page however there is no content material.

i've beast for my iptv service. the beast app for android works pleasant, but i get a black display whilst trying to watch suggests thru iptv. recordings do not work either. the epg guide does efficaciously display channels and suggests.
What client would be good to use on Nextpvr ver 5 on a win 10 machine. I liked how Nextpvr ver 4 was able to be a server and client alike.

I'm currently using the link from Matt Huisman to stream/record Australian FTA TV through IPTV (m3u), which also includes a consolidated schedule for the channels, allowing me to set up recordings in NextPVR based on show names (e.g. record all occurrences of Farmer wants a wife when they air).
This has been working really well for around a year, but I really want to set up a server in the U.K. for a friend there, to start recording some of the UK TV using NextPVR in the same way. Does anyone know if there is anything that collects the UK free-to-air IPTV links, along with a schedule that will work in NextPVR?
Seems like there's nothing like Matt's link that I can find, is it explicitly banned in the UK for some reason?
The moment i run kodi (watch some tv), 'scheduled new recordings' at that moment does not showing up in Kodi.
Those new recordings, show perfectly up in the webbrowser(nextpvr) and they show up in the NEXTpvr software.
It seems like, if Kodi running NEXTpvr does not push the new 'recording list' information into Kodi.
My Workaround:
If i want to see, 'the newly added recordings' i must close Kodi and restart Kodi, to see the newly added recordings in the Kodi recoding list.
Wondering, is this a known issue?

I have a few recordings that when I try to download them I get an error web page that says "This Page isn't working right now. T10.239.92.183 sent an invalid response. I have no trouble playing the file as the log shows, just cannot download it.
I noticed that the only recordings that do not work have a comma in the filename such as "The.Flash.S07E10.Family.Matters,.Part.1.mp4" Recordings that have no comma in the filename can be downloaded without issue.
The logs show first selecting a recording and then attempting to download it.
Hello everyone. I have a TBS 7220 tuner which worked fine under TVMosaic (DVBLink) on Windows 10. I recently installed NextPVR but it seems not to find any of the T2 channels.

I attached the NextPVR log files. It seems to be that NextPVR is searching for T channels only.
I also tried with VLC on 610 MHz and I can see all the channels without problems (see the information screenshot). NextPVR, instead, finds nothing on that frequency.
Finally I tried also with w_scan and dvbv5-scan on Ubuntu (results attached). Both see all the channels. It seems to me that only NextPVR has some problems.
I installed the locast addon and thanks to the great instructions I got it installed. Everthing was working great. However I just discovered a problem. I'm using Locast 807 San Francisco. When I tune channel 9.1 I get the same stream as on 9.2. When I use the locast app on my Roku I get the correct channel. Here's the section of locast-xmltv.xml:
