Since migrating to a new (faster) machine I am experiencing a bug in 4.2.5 when changing between channels with MPEG-1 and AC3 audio. I get the overlay "Missing Audio. You don't have <...> decoder selected." message.
The thing is, I do have working decoders selected. If I tune to either channel from scratch from the TV Guide, they work perfectly. If I change from one channel to the other, I get the overlay and no audio. Seems to be the same bug as here:
So my setup have been find and working for a few years but now I've come back to it and now the picture is all broken up and the sound is stuttering.
It looks like a poor signal problem. However there is a TV connected via a splitter to the same Aerial Socket and that receives perfect picture... (The TV has always been connected with the setup)
See attached screen shot..
the PCTV software says Signal Str=63 and Quality is 78
I'm using a USB PCTV 292e I've rescanned but its still all stuttery...
Because the TV has a good signal it rules out the antenna so i'm at a loss.... (in the UK)
I've just done a fresh install of Kodi and NextPVR V5 all is working great, except upon first booting the computer, in Kodi I receive this message "addon couldn't be loaded".
Upon loading NextPVR it says "Unable to connect to remote server" although the service does start after a couple of minutes or so and all is okay again.
I'm not sure if I've changed something in the NextPVR settings (have attached log files) which delays startup of NextPVR perhaps?
Thank you in advance for any help anyone can offer.
Noticed an issue in the web tv guide. It wont automatically scroll to keep up with the system time and it wont let me scroll it either even though it is so late in the day that only the current show is visible. cannot scroll any further right. Problem only exists in the web guide. In this case the client guide works ok. The current time in this screenshot is 1131 pm.
I'm in NC at my mom's for an extended period of time. So I brought my Roku Premiere with me. And I've got her TCL Roku TV here. I've been using the TCL Roku TV to connect to the NextPVR server here to watch recordings. And I've been using the Roku Premiere to connect to my NextPVR server at home (via a VPN between both networks).
However, the Roku Premiere keeps resetting or switching to the local NextPVR server rather than the server at home which I have been accessing via the manual entry in the settings screen.
Should the Roku channel be saving/storing the manual server entry? Or, is there some thing where the server setting is shared across all devices on the same Roku account--so if I access the local server via the TCL TV it overwrites the manual setting on the Roku Premiere?
Hey, I'm trying to figure out the best GPU I can get given the limitations of the other hardware in my makeshift rig lol. I have a GA-78LMT-S2 motherboard with AM3 socket. In your opinions, what is the best GPU I could buy right now to fit it? Best meaning best all around including price per quality 'point.'
