If I'm browsing through the recordings directory to find and delete a few old or watched shows, when I delete a show GBPVR jumps back and highlights the first show in the list again. It would be preferable if it highlighted the next one after the one I deleted so I'm not constantly having to scroll back down to where I left off in the list (more like the default behaviour if I back out of the show details without deleting the show)

Hi Sub, could you please add a Product name to each of the modules. I use ZoneAlarm and the OS firewall does not show a name in its popups or program control list. At first I though it was a spyware or virus until I delved deeper to find out filenames (GBPVRTray, GBPVR, ShowKey & some other one where it doesn't even show the filename.)
Thanks
Kagy
How can i configure channel via xmltv, i live in the netherlands
I can manualy store channels but how do i link the downloaded xmltv_nl infomation to channels ?
Because i have a cable provider ESSENT i don't have standard channel setup.
In addition to the problems in my other post, sometimes via MVP music mp3s will not play, not sure if its a volume problem but no sound comes out of the tv speakers when trying to play mp3s. Restarting the MVP usually fixes this. Any ideas?
I am looking at various tuner options at the moment, (actually Dual Tuners as per this thread) to supplement my existing PVR-150 which is the el-cheapo WinTV-PVR-150MCE (model 1042) (aka OEM) white BOX Model with no IR and No Remote. Basically I didn't really know what I was purchasing when I built my PVR or I would have got one WITH a remote. Now I am (hopefully) somewhat better informed.
If I get another card (say a PVR150 e.g. or a luscious Theater 650) with a remote, and I want to watch TV on the PC with the remote, how do I ensure I can GBPVR uses the Tuner that can be accessed with the remote and not the one that does not?
A forum search shows "Tuner Priority" has been discussed many times (esp. as a wishlist item :o ). In this post (amongst many others) sub notes:
Quote:When you try to schedule a recording, it works its way down the capture source list (in the order shown in the config app), looking for an capture source that has the required channel and is available at the requested time. If you antenna capture source is listed first, and has the requested channel enabled, and is not scheduled for something else, then it should be selected.
i.e. The tuners get allocated at scheduling time, as Stefan notes in the same thread.
Q1. So just to confirm, as long as
(i) The new card WITH the remote is FIRST in the list in the config AND
(ii) Nothing is scheduled for that card at the time I start e,g, LiveTV
then I should be able to watch LiveTV with my new remote?
Q2. The biggy. What happens then, if I am merrily watching LiveTV on that Tuner (with the Remote) and some time later it comes to a program where that Tuner has been scheduled, will it automatically switch to the other Tuner (the one without the remote), assuming it is FREE i.e. NOT allocated to recording something, or will it simply give me the option to Watch the recording that was scheduled for the Tuner WITH the remote? i.e. does it "LOCK" that Tuner regardless?
Fixed some more bugs from scanning - last scan time is now stored in config after a full scan - scanning was happening on almost every restart (HtV)
Added audioscrobbler (Last.FM) support on tracks - add your details in the config app to have your listening tastes added to Last.FM
Random seems be working again after 98.11 - issues with 98.8 stopped the random jukebox mode from working. This appears to be working again for GBPVR 98.11+ (tkgafs)
Added CUE file support to Musiclibrary and to ML2Panel. Files will be identified with "(CUE)". On the playlist screen these tracks can be highlighted and the individual tracks can be viewed. The current track will be updated with the music
Fixed path processing of Playlists - especially when there is not path, i.e. the m3u is in the same directory as the music - verified UNC paths as working
Skin File changes
Added a @CUETrack to the Playing composite image of the ML2Panel.xml
Please added any bug or comments about this release in this thread..

After I bring my compter out of standby to watch tv, the first frame is overlayed on top of the video. This happens until I restart GBPVR. How should I get rid of this? I have attached a picture of this. Thanks.
I have just posted a maintenance release of ZapTools. The last release introduced a bug that casued the zapdb.db3 file to grow and grow. This update corrects this problem.
Thanks to Zoran for catching and reporting this bug.
What's the best way to prevent the PC from going into a standby or hibernate state from within a plugin?
It seems that when somone is using a remote with IR blaster on their PC with my SuDoku plugin, the PC will still go to sleep even if they're actively using the remote to move around the grid.
Is there a way of triggering a 'keep alive' kind of event each time a user presses a button on the remote or each time Render() is called?
