I was wondering if anyone has information on getting a orasat satellite reciever to work with a PVR-150 ir-blaster remote? This is the last thing I have before I am all done!
I've got some holes in the schedule Thursday night to Friday 2pm is not there. Ive dumped the EPG and tried a reload and still nothing. Everthing past Friday 2pm looks fine.
What's going on? Did I miss a config setting when I tried to dump and reload?

Greetings all!
I am a "greenie" who has just brought his system up two weeks ago. I have solved many an issue with the help of this forum and I thank you for sharing your knowledge.
This issue has me stumped. I consistently get a de-saturated or black stripe down the left edge of the screen when I record a program. Although not a big issue, but I would like to resolve it.
I am using a 3 GHz Pent 4 with 1 Gig of RAM, a WinTV PVR500 and an MPV.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
When adding features to Appearance Manager, my first priority is to provide feedback to the user.
It would benefit the end user if the skin designer could associate two sets of fonts with the two graphics layers in a skin (static & dynamic). When the end-user selects a skin effect, it's assocciated font set is incorporated. When a buttonset is selected, it's font set is added.
Programatically, I could pick up these font sets and incorporate them into a temporay BaseSkin. Then I would need a way to have the Appearance skin.xml use that temporary BaseSkin for user feedback. When the user saves their selections, the replacement BaseSkin.xml would be saved.
I could also use some other solution; the challange is definded above, but at this point it seems that any solution would require some new feature in GBPVR.
